What defines a product

The product page states material, outer and sheet dimensions, binding or closure, supplied quantity and intended organization. A legal-length pad is not the same format as a letter notebook. A hanging folder requires compatible rails and a prong folder requires appropriately punched pages. Screen colors may differ slightly. Pens, loose documents and display furniture are excluded unless expressly listed.

Request and confirmation

A successful checkout records the selection and contact details and returns a reference. We subsequently confirm supply, delivery and the bank-transfer amount in direct correspondence. The reference does not itself charge an account or prove dispatch. If a catalogue error or unavailable item affects the request, we explain and you may accept the correction or cancel before payment. No silent substitution of binding or closure is permitted.

Prices and payment

Product and delivery prices are in USD with applicable sales tax included. Checkout adds no further tax. The displayed total combines merchandise and the stated shipping charge; any necessary correction must be explained and accepted before payment.

The agreed bank transfer is due within 5 calendar days after written confirmation. Do not send banking credentials. Payment is not collected through the website. An unpaid request can be cancelled; a paid pre-dispatch cancellation requires prompt contact and, when accepted, is refunded in full under Payment.

Delivery and returns

Delivery covers the contiguous United States and DC, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes. Standard delivery is $8.95 per order, waived at a merchandise subtotal of $150. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; transit takes 3–5 business days. Allow 4–7 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.

Eligible ordinary returns are requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Keep stationery unused and unmarked; inspect without writing or removing sheets. The change-of-mind return label is $8.95, restocking $0. Confirmed defects and supply errors are handled at our expense. Responsible use and disputes

Store paper dry, do not overload folders and handle metal rails and prongs carefully. These products are not security safes, waterproof archives or a promise of legal compliance for records retention. Nothing excludes rights or responsibility that law does not allow to be excluded.
