This notice concerns the storefront and related order correspondence. Carrier and bank processing is subject to their own practices. Personal order information is not sold or used for targeted advertising. This site is intended for adults arranging purchases, not for collecting children’s information.

Form and session data

The form collects name, email, phone, street address, city, state, ZIP, optional notes and agreement. A saved request also contains its time, reference, product IDs, SKUs, selected formats, quantities and server-calculated amounts. A necessary session holds the cart, draft fields, security token and duplicate-prevention key. Never include confidential case files, health details, card numbers or bank credentials in notes. We do not provide legal intake through this retail form.

Purposes and limited sharing

The information lets us answer the request, confirm supply and payment, arrange delivery and resolve returns or duplicate submissions. Delivery information may be shared with a carrier when needed. Infrastructure providers may process technical logs for hosting and security. There are no optional advertising pixels, social embeds or analytics installed; local fonts and product photographs do not call third-party font services.

Retention in operation

A session expires absolutely 12 hours after its creation, regardless of later activity. Later site requests clean expired session files. Saved order requests are kept for up to 365 days, then removed on subsequent requests after expiry. There is no claimed hourly cleanup job. Limited correspondence needed for a dispute or legal obligation may remain longer for that purpose; a deletion request is assessed against those needs rather than promised as an unconditional immediate purge.

Protection and preferences

Orders are stored outside the public document root with restrictive file permissions. Session cookies use HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and Secure when served over HTTPS. A store-specific local-storage preference records an explicit cookie decision for up to 180 days. The website does not collect payment login credentials. Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no internet system can promise perfect security.
