Scope of the shop

This storefront sells physical document folders and legal writing pads. Support concerns their published format, construction, supply and order handling. The merchant name does not turn this checkout into legal representation, advice, case intake or a document-review service. Do not send confidential case materials or requests for counsel through order notes. No filing service or secure document custody is offered.

Before buying

For a folder, tell us the sheet dimensions, whether pages are punched and whether the item will stay in a drawer or travel in a bag. For a hanging folder, measure rail spacing. For a pad, compare the binding edge, full sheet dimensions, ruling and sheet count. We can explain the listed specifications without guaranteeing a fit to an unmeasured drawer or a writing performance not stated on the page.

Request handling

Checkout shows a reference only after successful receipt. We use direct correspondence to confirm items, address, availability and the bank-transfer amount. Our response target is 2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. This target is not a guaranteed delivery date, an automatic reservation or evidence of payment. Quote the reference when following up so we can locate the correct selection.

Changes and cancellations

State the SKU and quantity to change, or the exact address correction. Unpaid requests can be cancelled. For paid orders, contact us before dispatch; accepted cancellations follow Payment. If dispatch has already occurred, we explain the return procedure instead. A substitute binding or closure is never silently treated as equivalent. We agree changes in timing and price before proceeding.

After delivery

For a missing pad, bent rail, damaged zipper or incorrect construction, retain wrapping and describe what arrived. Avoid altering the item while the issue is unresolved. Confirmed defects and supply errors use a free return label; eligible change-of-mind labels cost $8.95 with $0 restocking. The separate Returns Policy sets the 30-day request window and refund procedure.

Further review

If the first response does not resolve the concern, request further review with the reference, timeline and preferred outcome. Our target is a substantive follow-up within 5 business days.
