01 / Start with the sheet
Our folders accommodate letter sheets, 8.5 × 11 inches. The yellow legal pad is longer at 8.5 × 14 inches: its full sheets are not a match for these letter folders. The white margin-perforated pad measures 8.5 × 11.75 inches before tearing. Compare the usable sheet after removal and the folder interior before combining formats.
02 / Select the organization
Two pockets separate a short presentation. Accordion compartments group loose records. Hanging rails organize a compatible drawer. A pressboard divider and prongs retain punched sheets. A zipped folio encloses loose documents for transport. Choose the handling method first; a different color cannot turn an open pocket into a secure closure.
03 / Choose how pages turn
Top glue keeps the writing area clear; perforation supports removal. A sewn left spine keeps a continuing record together. Top twin-wire pages fold back behind the pad. The compact narrow-ruled desk format uses less space and smaller line spacing. Compare handedness, writing area and whether pages should stay together or leave the pad.
04 / Read the ruling
The yellow legal pad and wire-bound pad use 11/32-inch ruling. White perforated and sewn notebook formats use 9/32-inch ruling. The 5 × 8-inch desk pad uses 1/4-inch ruling. A smaller line spacing provides more lines but less room for large handwriting. Sheet counts describe leaves, not a guarantee of usable writing sides.
FAQ / Are these multipacks?
No. Each listing supplies one folder, one pad or one notebook. Quantities in the cart multiply those individual units. Paper, pens, drawer frames and accessories are not included.
FAQ / Can a folder protect confidential records?
An ordinary closure keeps papers together but is not a lock or a security certification. Choose separate storage and handling appropriate to the records. Do not send confidential documents to this shop for product-selection help.
FAQ / When can I return a wrong format?
Request an eligible return within 30 days. Inspect the format without writing, punching holes or removing sheets. A discretionary label is $8.95; restocking is $0. Defects and supply errors are treated separately at our expense.
FAQ / Delivery timing
Delivery covers the contiguous United States and DC, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, territories and PO boxes. Standard delivery is $8.95 per order, waived at a merchandise subtotal of $150. Preparation takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation; transit takes 3–5 business days. Allow 4–7 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
