Ordinary returns

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery for a change-of-mind return. Ordinary unused folders, pads and notebooks qualify when complete and clean. Opening a cover to inspect the pocket arrangement or ruling is acceptable. Writing on pages, removing sheets, punching new holes or damaging a closure is not ordinary inspection. Keep the packaging if practical; a missing outer carton alone does not extinguish a genuine defect claim.

Authorization and destination

Email the order reference, SKU, quantity and reason. We provide authorization and a prepaid postal or courier label. Pack corners and bindings securely and retain proof of posting. Returns are by arranged post or courier, not an unannounced walk-in or pickup service. Contact us if you cannot use the supplied label before sending another way.

Disclosed costs

For a change of mind, the label charge is $8.95 and is deducted from the refund. The restocking fee is $0. Original standard delivery is not refunded on a discretionary return. If the original order qualified for free delivery, we do not add an outward-delivery charge later because a partial return reduces its value. A partial refund uses the paid item price, not a later catalogue price.

Incorrect items or defects

A wrong binding, damaged closure or manufacturing fault follows a separate assessment. Describe the problem and preserve the item; photographs are useful when practical, but unsafe testing is never required. We cover the return label for a confirmed defect or supply error and agree a replacement or refund. Where the whole order was defective or wrong, the original standard delivery charge is refunded too.

Refunds and exclusions

We communicate the inspection outcome within 3 business days after receipt and initiate an agreed refund within 7 business days after receipt. Refunds use verified bank transfer to the original payer; bank processing can take longer. Used or written-in products are excluded from change-of-mind returns, not from applicable defect rights. No personalized goods are offered. Sale products have the same terms; a clearly disclosed cosmetic imperfection cannot itself be treated as an undisclosed defect. There is no blanket hygiene exclusion for these ordinary stationery products.
